Recently, we at FindSalesRep.com had a chance to sit down with one of their Independent Reps. She is one of our favorite reps. Meet Karen Magierski Perry from Rodan + Fields:

enjoyed my job but it didn’t offer my the freedom and flexibility I needed. Also, I wanted to be home and raise my children.I was starting to get an itch to get back into a job but not a traditional job. I wanted something that would allow me to be home, work around my schedule and offer me freedom, flexibility and a financial benefit.
After much searching and debating about what to do for my next career, I was introduced to Rodan + Fields. I was familiar with ProActiv, the first company the Dr’s created, but not with R+F. The more I thought about the company and its products, the more excited I became. I decided to take the plunge and I am so happy with my decision.
First, the products are amazing. I didn’t have a skincare routine and I wasn’t happy with my skin. Now I rarely wear makeup and I’m more confident with my appearance. I LOVE the microdermabrasion paste, an oil free sugar and salt scrub, the multi-function eye cream is a must for me and my husband, and the AMP MD has amazing skin firming benefits.
Second, the company is only going up. We are the 4th largest premium skincare brand in the US, we just launched into Canada, the Dr’s were on the Today show in April 2015 because of the success with our business model and the Dr’s were named the top 10 most successful entrepreneurs of the decade! Plus, we just launched a product called Acute Care (think Botox without the needles) and it’s only available through R+F consultants, like me!
Last, is my team. I am amazed at the support and friendships built. You are your own business owner but you are not alone in building your business and creating your own success.
