Today is November 2, 2017 and since yesterday, my family has been eating left over and collected Halloween Candy. Recess, Butterfingers, M & M’s, they are all in my house, easy to reach and a huge reminder that the holidays are here and just like everyone else, I am not looking forward to the inevitable weight gain that always happens between October 31st through January 1st.
